OK these guys are great. Just the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He remembered everything about my order it was like he as right in my house and knew everything. I have a New Orleans home built in the 1920’s with wonderful large Cyprus wood framed windows. As with all raised houses in New Orleans, the house has shifted over time and the windows have become drafty. I ordered 2 windows inserts at first to make sure that it fit. I was happy to see that the original measurements worked for all of my windows despite some shifting. The inserts have made a major difference at making my house less drafty. It also helps with the insulation. I would recommend this product to anyone especially those who want to hold onto the original windows in the house.

We are SO happy with our window inserts. We bought one to start with, just to see how we liked it. Then we ordered 7 more. The shipping was fast and the inserts fit perfectly in each window. They look great. I am looking forward to my next electric bill (something I thought I would never say).

I received my order of thirteen window inserts two weeks ago for my home in Asheville, NC. My home already feels less drafty. Great product!

LOVE THESE INSERTS. We previously purchased much more expensive glass options that required tracks. Our home is almost 100 years old so the tracks required we build window frames around the storm windows- fail! These inserts were purchased for some of the few windows that we have managed to return to working order. They are awesome. The inserts are light weight and easy to put in and take out, despite our un-square window frames. Would recommend these to EVERYONE looking for interior storm windows.

When I received these inserts I was a little skeptical about their ability to make a difference. Wow, was I wrong. My little condo is significantly warmer. Just thought I'd let you know that I am a happy customer.

I order window inserts for 3 windows in my living room that were very drafty in the wintertime. The inserts arrived quickly and were a perfect fit. I placed another order for my bedroom windows. This is a great product and for the cost, helps save on heating/cooling costs as well as keeping your home comfortable!

The windows in my house are 26 years old, and I could feel the cold draft in two upstairs bedrooms as soon as I walked into the rooms! Replacing the windows seems like a huge hassle and expense, so these inserts are a great option. They fit perfectly between the windows and the wood blinds, and I don't feel the cold draft anymore! This was the best money we ever spent. We purchased windows for our upstairs and it cost us a fortune. We started doing research for alternatives to purchasing new windows for downstairs. We recieved our window inserts today. Wow! We love them. Added 3 to a large bay area and two to living room. No more drafts. Unbelievable! No more north winds penetrating around and through our 10 yr old windows. It is currently -6 and windy outside, but warm and toasty inside. I couldn't be happier!

The inserts were just installed. FANtastic! I actually thought they would work and be a good solution but they are better than I hoped for. Lovely quality. Elegant look. Crystal clear film. Taut smooth surface.

When my installer and I first opened the box, our first thought was, uh oh! Which goes where? Then, we noticed the little number on the back side and then, we noticed the numbers on the receipt. Excellent! Once we put 2 and 2 together, it was clear, the inserts were very well-marked for easy installation.

Just a note to let you know that our inserts arrived and they went into place with a minimum of effort, most of which had to be expended because our window frame is pinched at the middle in by 7/16 of an inch in the horizontal direction. But there are no wrinkles in the sheeting, and the inserts are virtually "invisible". The only way one knows they are there is by the frame. So the film itself is of high quality and totally transparent, and flat in the frame.

Rec'd the window inserts yesterday and installed them today. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the inserts went in easily and fit perfectly. We could feel the difference almost right away. My wife made me wear surgical gloves so I wouldn't leave fingerprints on them.
